Very good service! I was helped immediately and the staff helped me choose my frames. The dr was great and gave me a lot of advice and tips. Would definitely come here again.

Really bad customer service. Won't be coming back to this location. Nothing was very welcoming, or inviting about my experience at this Visionworks location.

If I could give zero stars, I would! The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. The people who work here (including the doctor) need a serious lesson on customer service and attitude....
