Sooo sitting here waiting to pick up glasses and unfortunately these people are going super slow. I guess they feel like customer service isnt necessary. Very disappointed since it doesnt actually take that long to give me the glasses you just called me about.
Couple negatives, Have to wait even though have appt. time. LONG LONG waits to get glasses/frames from "the lab". They Lost my frames and lenses and had to re-order..took over 30 days to get final pair. Process is disorganized and I cannot Recommend.
Friendly people. They didn't honor the Groupon coupon deal. I didn't like that they required me to make a second trip to get a copy of my prescription, and then made me wait ten minutes to get it, after they'd said they would have it out and ready for me when I stopped by.
