My husband sat on my glasses and they broke in half. I called vision plus where i got them and Lisa pulled my file and told me my frames were covered under the frame warranty. They would be replaced at no charge . Lisa ordered overnight service and the next day i had my glasses back. Great service as always. Thank-you

The doctor is great but the staff is rude and incompetent. When we were picking out glasses, all four women were sitting behind the counter. After we finally found a pair we sat there staring at them waiting for them to help us and nothing. Then they tried to sell us a different, more expensive lenses and we asked what was the difference and they couldn't give us a clear answer. THEN after...

Great service & great selection. I have been going here for years and numerous of my friends drive a great distance (over 10 miles) and pass numerous other eye glass places to come here too. I was having a difficult time finding a new eye doctor. The few places my insurance covered did not have very good reviews & I was close to just paying for everything myself.
