For one, all unorganized the tech don't know what they r doing,the lens was put in wrong and they have so much mess there, they can't find customer glasses . and for what i read is right one hr.? I dont think so it took them 3 hrs to put a lense,when I retuned it took em bout 35min to find em they were rude, like if I had lost em. then the tech maid a crack in the middle of the lens and returned like that,so I took it back again. It took me 6hrs waiting and still didn't get em.I have to return another day,now is that service? I have to drive 1 hr . to the city and to end up making another trip just to pick em up.hopefully it doesn't take another day.
I found the best prices on designer frames the customer service was wonderful and i even got my glasses in 1 hour

I have never had a problem at Vision Mart, that is until today. The employee seemed to be knowledgeable but he was arrogant and rude from the beginning. He kept explaining their 2 for 1 deal but made it sound like there were extra unnecessary fees being added on, and he became even more rude when I asked for clarification. I told the guy I had had enough and then I made a complaint to the store...
