We had a minor issue at check in but the manager was able to resolve our issue. I would recommend paying the few extra dollars to get the newer rooms very nice room with a lot of space. I will stay here next time we visit. The free breakfast is super tasty.

Clean and inviting

Clean and very pleasant. Customer service was excellent. They went above and beyond to make our stay even better. The continental breakfast was good, with a good selection. They had a guest laundry with 4 washers and 4 dryers. Also had a very nice pool and hot tub area along with a workout area.

Old and smelly

Wow, unbelievable how low this property has fallen. Price has stayed the same while the rooms get older, dirtier and smellier. It's like a trip to the past. There's even analog tv's (in Mexico they don't even work anymore). Very disappointed. Will no longer be recommending this hotel in Tucson. Free breakfast does not justify this trash.

This apparently used to be an Embassy Suites so the rooms are spacious. Older property but still a nice option with an ok location. Parking is crowded and the breakfast buffet is very good. Didn't have time to check out the pool. Live music for the cocktail hour was enjoyable. Just don't attempt to check in a half hour early...
