Most days I can get to work on time, however the service is becoming so unreliable for leaving at the end of the day that I am considering driving and just getting the damn parking allotment. Just in the past week and a half the train was more than 30 minutes late three times and they didn't give out FRCs. Then add that the fact that the schedule changed and it took them at least two weeks...
Cutting service like you did this month, forcing your passengers (customers) to stand in the aisles and vestibules of packed trains after waiting for one of the few trains running is very poor service. With this planned reduced service, you should have discounted the tickets, particularly the monthly tickets.
