Find a better pediatrician!! We are fairly new to the practice, but am extremely displeased!! My child had an appointment to which we were 7 minutes late for. We arrived, signed in & sat down to wait. About 5-6 minutes later one of the receptionists came out. She looked at the sign in sheet, called our name, & proceeded to inform me that we would have to RESCHEDULE!!!

I love the doctors here but the only sad part is to get an appointment. We need to book at least 3 months before to get the appointment of the doctor you prefer. If your kids are sick they ask you to come for the walk in which usually takes 2-3 hours. If you want an appointment after 10:30 same day? then forget it. All they say ??Sorry no appointments?. Staff is Unfriendly and Rude

I am new to the practice but so far I have been unimpressed ESPECIALLY with the nurses and staff at this practice. They all seem miserable. To date I have had several appts where the nurses were just flat out rude and truly unapproachable. The attitude of the entire practice is volume not service.
