Too much power

They take people into custody because "they" think they should. Even if I don't press charges, they'll still press charges. The city of Virginia Beach V. whoever! BS. What makes the police think they can "judge" what happened at a place of business or whatever... If the person doesn't press charges... let the person go. Don't take them into custody and give them the riot act, then force them to court. Your taking the rights away from the citizens. Then when they send letters out to be at court the "COMMAND" you to be there. Who the hell do they think they are the King and Queen of England. To COMMAND someone speaks volumes of the rights you have. They can request you be there and explain the results that will happen if you don't show up to court. This "COMMAND" thing is old and outdated. We can send reviews about this sort of BS. Thank goodness for Youtube because I know If i see the police doing something wrong I'll put it all over youtube.
