I took my dog there and the cut was so nice and the dog smelled really good. He actually stayed clean for days afterward. Parking was a bummer though because shopping strip is small but just park at gas station as the owner sayed we could. I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment to have my dog groomed at VIP. The groomer showed up 15 minutes late. I almost didn't leave my dog after seeing the untidy conditions inside; lots of hair left from the day (or days) before, paperwork disorganized and everywhere. Our dog LOVES going to VIP. We've tried a few different groomers and none have been as professional and friendly as the staff at VIP. It's well worth the drive.
