Vinyl-Lite Window Factory and Showroom

Did my 8 foot sliding doors....... Amazing. Super fast, super clean and no headaches. I was kind of sketchy taking the lowest bid, when all the others wanted way much for money.... and gave me pounds and pound of paperwork about the craftsmanship. Went to the showroom, and that was enough for me. Great job entire crew. Windows next on agenda.

We used Vinyl Lite a few years ago and had a stellar experience so decided to use them again this year. Unfortunately our experience was the complete opposite. We had issues with getting the salesperson to call us back and only heard from him when we asked for a new person. The installers were careless with our home and damaged our brand new bathroom. I have worked with them twice, once for a whole new set of windows and again for some new sliders with a custom job adding a dog door...they have been the best with service and assistance getting straight to the good part of what you need and not flowering up everything. Straight forward, local and reliable. Thank you for both projects. 100% recommended.

Rude management,sloppy work and no communication!! Buyer beware!!! They will do anything for a sale and then run from any and all issues. I should have listened to friends that said stay away.
