We moved in back around May. They have apparently made this rule that we have to bring in the provided trash cans from the valet trash service inside. First off I don't want a trash can that was out all night to be brought inside for the day. That is disgusting. When we called management, they said we had to bring it inside even though we never signed anything stating that we had to bring it in...
The Vintage On Yale is a nice and quiet community, the apartments themselves (although a little dated) are beautiful and decently priced. The only complaint is that the only cable provider that is available for the community is AT&T. Other than that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for apartments in the area!
My experiance with the vintage on yale was bad from the beginning. My apartment wasn't ready when they promised it would be causing a delay in my move. It was dirty and I had to clean it before my furniture could be moved in. I sent an email to complan about it and they did nothing. Maintance was lacking and their excuse was they were understaffed.
