Eric was absolutely so sensitive to my feelings about the piece of furniture I was asking to be restored. He understood that it was a family treasure (belonged to a great aunt that my 5 brothers & I adored) and refinished it in time for me to give to the brother that really wanted it - for his 60th birthday. They had a difficult burn on cherry wood table still caked with a layer of melted wax artificial plant, and did an excellent job!!
