If you want to be treated like a five year old, then this is the place for you. It seems that management is bent on alienating their residents. Was a good place to live until current management made it a hell hole. Look around there are plenty of parks that treat their residents well.

I love this park! For the most part, the residents are friendly. Like any other community, there are people who refuse to be happy with anything. The manager has bent over backwards to make me feel welcome,and is very professional. I have also hired the 'felon' to maintain my lawn... Based on my own research, I refute the previous post and know the truth. My lawn at my house up north never...

Manager has no peoople skills and the office is very nasty to tenants. They employ a known fellon to do construction and take care of the greenery. He has been in jail this year for grand theft and assault and battery. The place is dirty and the manager dresses like she is going to work in a strip club. They also lie to all prospective renters and buyers. Do not buy a house where you don't own...
