Wonderful Experience

I recently moved into Stetson and had a wonderful experience with the staff, specifically Heather, the Property Manager. When I first came to look at the apartments, she took a lot of time to discuss my desires and match me with the right apartment. She has been very responsive and friendly. I am happy with the apartment and service, not to mention the location is AMAZING!

I lost lots of baggage in the office. I asked the staff who work in office and she told me that they do not care about that and asked me why i am not send my baggage to the post office??? I mean are u kidding me??? So whats the duty of the office???

Not a Luxary Apartment

I have lived at Stetson Square now for almost a year. My current lease will be expiring soon and I will NOT be renewing it. From the outside, the apartment buildings are very attractive but on the inside it is a whole other story. Let's begin with management, or the lack there of. The walls of the apartment buildings are thin. On more than a dozen occasions I have made complaints to management...
