For the price they are very nice. Clean and I feel safe there. They are maintained well, someTimes to strict about what you have on your patio, example: decorative lights, plants, lanterns. Little noisy if you live downstairs, but I got used to it. Better than climbing the stairs with laundry and groceries.

The maintenance man Doug here does not live by the rules but thinks it's ok to harass others. He smokes and tells you it is a no smoking facility when everyone sees him and his friends smoke all the time and he smokes in the apartments storage .. He has 2 cats and you can only have one cat . He has a dog over the weight limit . He continually harasses people for the things he does and it is a joke .. He thinks he is God . Him and his wife have their blinds opened non stop to spy on people and give violations to people he personally doesn't like, but let's his friends get away with anything...

The manager's pretty mean. She's been at it at this one certain family for years and her daughter's a witch.
