Viking Fence

BEWARE!! I had an appointment for 5 days. Two hours before my appointment they called and said they could not make it, after I took the day off work. They tried to reschedule for a time that was convenient for them. Wait! Who is the customer? Why would I hire a company and give them thousands of dollars and they can't even keep a simple appointment. I'm going elsewhere.

Scheduled an estimate, the guy said he would call before coming by and scheduled me in a block from 10 am to 12 pm. It's now 12:50. I haven't heard a thing.

Viking did five house on my street four years ago. The fences have been great and still look great too. I would use them again.

I absolutely could NOT get these people to call me back. I STILL have a large custom iron railing job, and I called them 4 times and emailed 2 times about it. I even asked them if it was a bad time and they were too busy, since I couldn't get a response. "No, no, we'll get back to you with a quote!" NEVER heard back. Needless to say, I would never hire anyone who won't call me back for a bid.
