The decor is traditional Vietnamesesimple, clean and comfortable, creating a casual ambiance. The extensive menu includes Hot Pot, a steaming bowl of soup, noodles and vegetables, Frog Legs and French Bread Sandwiches. Try the all-you-can-eat lunch buffet for a variety of entree choices.
The ambience is lacking (think wall-mounted televisions and bare-bones decor), but the prices are good and the food is amazing.

Dear restaurant owners... beef broth is NOT vegetarian. But let's not stop there. If I decide to eat your pho ingredient at a time, I'm thinking I'll try my non-Asian hand at making pho myself, or better yet... just go to DaLat.
