I purchased a Hansgrohe high-end faucet less than a year ago from Vic's, along with a garbage disposal. Since the faucet was still under warranty, I naturally expected they would replace it and/or repair it. I was wrong. I was told I had to call the sales representative in my area.\r

After speaking with the sales rep, he said it sounded like the cartridge located in the handle of the faucet had malfunctioned and he would mail me out another. I asked if they would be paying for the repair, he said no; that I couldn't get any major company to pay for the repair. Oh really??? \r
