Great customer service

I've been coming to Vici's since it opened at Brookfield Square. There was a period (years) when the service was horrible (appointments messed up) and I went to another salon. However, I really like the person who cuts my hair and was never happy with another stylist. So, I always came back to Vici's only because of the stylist. Within the past year or maybe two years, service has improved...
