They make truly delicious pho here! I just love the way they put thinly sliced onions on the top. It adds so much to the flavor. And the noodles they use are thicker and better than most. The last time I ate there (about 2 weeks ago), they said they were under new ownership and would be revamping the menu and adding new things. I told them, Just don't change the pho!

As the number of pho restuarants pop up around the metroplex, its easy to just stop in at the closest one. Pho Vina is an exception. Their pho is always so wonderful that I make sure I stop in whenever I am remotely close. Their spring rolls are deliscious as well and came out chilled, not lukewarm. In the past three years I have searched the DFW area for my favorite Vietnamese Restaurant that serves Pho soup.
