Our dog has had to suffer all of her nine years of life because of a botched spay surgery she had at the Vet's Pet. Dr. Kate Monroe did the surgery and never once apologized or offered any words of compassion about this situation. tried to get our little puppy checked out, and the receptionist was short with her answers and then simply said "we are not taking new clients"
