This was my first accident and Vernon Valley was so helpfull. They handled everything with the insurence company, from start to finish. The car looks better then the day i bought it. FIVE STARS!
I have had my car repaired there multiple times and the work is always great. The quality of workmanship is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpfull. The only place i'll ever bring my car. AAAAA++++++ (Edited May 10, 2013)
This is a fact they rip off insurance companies. Customers pay for work to be done and they don't get what they pay for . Use cheap material while customers pay for better quality. The people who own it are so prejudice my boyfriend who is of ethnic origin went to get a job there and would not except his applicattion because he was black. Major rip off artist hope they aren't in bussines much longer.
Grant & the staff at VVAB were fabulous! Though it took a little while to schedule, it was worth the wait! Excellent, top notch service! My vehicle looks brand new! I had an issue with the insurance company if the guy who hit me; VVAB took control & owned the issue & had it resolved for me in less than 24 hours! 5 stars! I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else!
My family has been using VVAB for as long as I can remember. They always do a "bang up job" and could not ask for a better bunch of people. Always very friendly and professional. Would recommend them to everyone.
