Worst in-store service i have experienced. Went in for a new plan and to upgrade my phone, only to loose contacts with them having no way to retrieve them. They kept my old phone and sent that off probably as soon as i walked out of the store. I have been a long time customer of verizon but my in-store experience has turned me off of going back to that location.
