Avoid this retailer. Employees are not cooperative and refuse to follow Verizon Wireless corporate policy. Manager or supervisor is never available, hides when you seek him out and fails to return calls. This "business" knows nothing about how to conduct business ? a huge part of which is customer service. The employees are not respectful and at least one of them is borderline dishonest. I...
