i am a customer of verizon wireless. ive been with verizon for 7 years an the only reason was cause they had the best signal an theyre phones were cool. ive been paying way to but for little mins the store its self is a joke i walk in number of time to find the guy at the greeting station is to busy playin with his phone an if u happen to bug him for help he becomes very rude and u have to wait...

times because of the customer service I get from Nancy. She always answers all my questions, and knows the products very well. I live in Henderson now and I still drive all the way to this store just for her. If are ever in this store ask for Nancy
