I have been into the store many times, and also today called about wireless service for my son's laptop. Spoke with Lori, she was very knowledgable and helpful. I have a family plan with three lines, I've never had any problems with Newnan's service on the phone or in the store.

Poor Service, Rude People

I refuse to go to the Newnan store! I will gladly drive out of town to go to another one because everyone is so rude there! Even the manager!!! The service is horribile!!! The Columbus store said that people drive down there just to go to their store rather than going to the one in Newnan! Verizon needs to fire everyone there and start all over!!!!

Although Verizon is rated as tops by most of the experts, I have not had a good experience with the store here in Newnan. I have never been able to have someone wait on me while there.
