Verizion wireless customer service is terrible. They only care about the money you would put in there pocket. Not as a customer or person. They suck!

I purchased a Motorola Q9m with unlimited data package, and several options. I asked if where I lived had full coverage. I made them show me, so I could verify it. I purchased the plan, and phone...spent about $550 dollars- only to get home and I cannot make phone calls anywhere near my house. Not only that...but the data package is unusable to me. Even though coverage maps show coverage...
