I absolutely am appalled with the adasity of this company which I have been with for over 2 years! I don't expect a response from these scum bags!I have verified documents showing payments that were made but never credited to my account! Now you have stolen my money! I will make sure my money is returned to me!
Good riddens to this shit hole company! You should merge with Comcast. ..losers!

I would give no stars if I could. I started my contract 8 months ago and every since then it has been horrible. I never had such horrible customer serivce. I will be looking at other phone services this week. I will also be switching my fois when my contract is up. Please be advised that this store has no customer serivce. Trouble started in March 2014, kept changing phones (thought problem was phone) Calls dropped everyday couldn't call out. Called everyday was on phone for hours Had to get in my car and drive 3 miles to accept call from Verizon Had 10 problems tickets on the matter finally husband talked to Verizon Headquarters and they said the tower we use was damaged last March and it isn't in their budget...
