Excellent service, but it comes at a price. I've had Verizon FIOS for several years now. It is the fastest thing around. But it costs me almost $100 per month! When you add in a basic phone line and cable package I pay $130. It's eating me up. But when I look around, it seems that other services are much slower or less reliable. I'm still looking to downgrade my price but I do love my Netflix...

Couldn't get anyone on the phone. On hold for 10 min. they didn't come on the phone even to say that they were super busy and they appreciated me holding. You'd think they'd want to sell something to their clients, guess not bad enough to answer the phone.

I went to this location to change my phone plan by adding two phones. The associate was very helpful and showed me several phones available...

I was with Verizon for 6 years and they are going to charge me early termination fees on both of my phones $300!!! Because they SAY I am terminating early. This is abuse and they are using one change I did to my account to re-start the two years. This is apparently what they all do and it should definitely be illegal.
How can these companies get away with this, re-starting a time period...
