Wow! this is the worst company ever!!!! I had to pay a tech to correct their problems!!!!!! Verizons tech did not even know how to config their own equipment so I had to pay someone to do this!!!!!! Called several times and was put on hold for hours at a time and nothing......switching entire property to Comcast!!!!! Even asked for someone to call me, NEVER HAPPENED!!! Send your enermies...

I could not in good conscience recommend using this Verizon Wireless store. I like my phone plan and the fact that there is all in one bill...
