Employees have poor customer service. When asked specific questions gov e one answer then when to proceed they change the answer and expect you to pay more money like our bills aren't high enough. Them when you question them they gice you a bull shit excuse that they didn't know this or that. That's your job to know policies and procedures for your buiness

Love how screwed up you all don't provide service. In your system you screw up and list your equipment as not yours ( per your tech on the phone ) and you no longer support your own modem! And to boot you turned off your service 10 minutes before the end of the day. So everything I use your internet for I can't. You all then play dumb on the phone.
