My primary care physician is at Verdugo Medical Group. Whenever I call for an appointment, no matter what the problem, I am seen within a week. For example, I called recently for a fertility test, and to speak to the doctor to get a referral to a urologist, and I was given an appointment with MY doctor (not some other doctor in the group) within four business days.
