Over the phone, my husband ordered flowers for my mom's birthday. When I arrived to pick up the flowers, the front desk woman rudely stated that they did not have my order and that my husband had not called the order in. I called my husband and sure enough, this rude woman was the one he had placed the order with three days prior. She yelled at me stating that there was not an order even though...
