Hesitant to go to the doctor, hadn't been in years. Finally went into Ventura Urgent Care and everyone was so nice and helpful. At one point one of the nurses even held my hand because I was afraid. Would definitely go there again. Nurse practitioner Joany is GREAT!!

I have had ex-rays there and they messed up. They also gave me the wrong size sling. Also, they told me I had to go to the E.R. and that I would have to have a spinal tap and that I might have a serious illness when I had a sinus infection.

Pros

+ They will treat you, but not well.

Cons

- They will not be acurate completly.

After filling out the necessary paperwork I waited an additional thirty minutes while the receptionist talked on the telephone to an obvious friend. when i got in the room The nurse came in took my vitals and a cultural of my throat because I mentioned that I thought I have strep throat. Twenty minutes later, the doctor enter the room. He was rude from the second he walked in the door asking rudely for me to put away my phone as though I was a young child.
