Good Doctor, Awful Office

Dr. Vyas is a good man with a good heart, but his office staff is beyond incompetent. I waited almost 5 hours for a 5 minutes appointment, and they still made me pay my entire $80 copay. Where is the guest service? Where is the compassion? They didn't even call other patients to warn them about the ridiculous wait, and when those patients finally arrived they turned them away without any offer of seeing most of them. What a waste of gas, time and money! The least they could have done was ordered the patients food who had been there since about 10am and weren't seen until about 2pm-3pm. All of the patients that arrived around the same time I arrived were seen before me and then a lunch break was taken out of nowhere which caused me to wait an extra hour for nothing! Apparently, this is a regular occurrence. The office staff will deny it, but the patients in the waiting room are proof of it. Dr. Vyas's office has turned into a soul-less number crunching factory. Everyone in that waiting room has grown so fed up that they said they will never return. This is proof as to what is wrong with our health care system.
