I don't recommend them on service or performance.

Call them and ""Terri"" will sound like she could care less to speak to you or help you.

I have a 1 month old system that is literally still not even connected due to faulty equipment, and bad communication in their service dept.

They are ""trying"" to solve the problems, they are giving me free months to make up for their lack of service, but it is still not enough.

Technical service does not return calls, when help is needed. The dvr with their camera system makes a lot of noise. I personally would find another company.

Certified is Amazing!

I've had Certified for years. Their service is great. Anytime I call, I get to talk to a real person and I don't have to go though a bunch of computer prompts or voice mail. Plus when I have set my system off they call me right away.

Deceptive Monitoring

When I purchased my security system for my home from Certified Security, I was led to believe that they monitored my home's security. I have since found out that they do not monitor it at all and that it is handled by another company all together. This is very misleading and I do not feel safe! I thought I was buying security but all I have is a false sense of security with Certified!
