I have been going to VCA Valley for 15 yrs and all of the doctors that have worked there have seen my pets at one time or another. I have always had the upmost care and concern for my pets. They always discussed the what the charges would be, their recommendatiions and options for treatment. They never forced me to do anything that I could not finanically afford and were always willing to find a way to treat my pets economically. I read that terrible review that someone wrote and was so shocked. I am not sure where that person is coming from. I have been going to VCA Valley for 15 years and have seen all the doctors there including Dr. Burnett. All of them have been very professional, caring, and personal with all my pets. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and if I had an emergency I was seen right away. The staff is always friendly, compassionate almost like family.
