Dr. Augustine is an animal. Not a professional in any manner. All about money and not your loved one! Wanted to operate on a level 6 heart? told me how i might have done more for my dog / family member while i was having my dog / family member put down! She is a pig. Dr. Winn wears ostrich boots! This hospital has a very caring and professional staff. They explain everything carefully and thoroughly. I've never had any problems with them although sometimes the wait is long but usually when they have a full lobby of people waiting. My cats have always gotten the best care. They treat my cats as if they are their own. I would strongly recommend this hospital to anyone that I know!
