My first experience I was stressed out, worried, scared, first experience, lost, and in shock. Was't sure what to expect. I did expect good service, attention, and support. Not the greatest service. We all have a job and get busy and over whelmed but.... with this kind of work you should be prepared to handle it or find a new job bluntly. Greeting people kindly is very important, patience, kindness, understanding, supportive, and sensitivity especially at a vet clinic. I will say that all clinics should have an option to be billed later and not focus on money! When we bring our animal in we are not wanting to discuss money we are focused on the health of our animals care. It is advised to have that fixed it will help with business. Also you should have a income scale. Front desk staff you need better customer service! Doctor's it is important to have knowledge in your profession, have the time for your client's, patience, understanding, support, and better decision making than putting animals to sleep. It's not about making your job faster, easier, or convenient. It's your experience and proper care. If you don't know what your doing maybe you should find something else to do. :) No disrespect, no pointing fingers or saying names just saying. My first experience was not the best! My second experience o.k. not the best. Same experience all about money and quick rushed visit! Probably won't be going back to this place unless there are changes.
