This Place is A JOKE!

First off, we had to bring my dog in the VMC Emergency because her eyes look messed up and she was very lethargic. After $1,000 of testing they basically said they don’t specialize in eyecare and they couldn’t do anything for her. They couldn’t tell us this before the testing? It was pretty obvious that it was her eyes that were bugging her. By now we all know that they obviously test frivolously at least to the $1,000 mark before they tell you anything, but my recent visit was the icing on the cake.

My dog had bad diarrhea and was coughing so bad that she couldn’t catch her breath at times. I could hear her weezing. Now, I knew she wasn’t going to die but I wanted her to be looked at because she is old and I love her. My regular vet was closed so I had now other choice but bring her to the Fountain Valley VCA All Care.

Being I don’t want to be sued for slander, I can’t mention the vets name that helped us but let’s just say she reminded me of a something I read out of a PAGE I once read in a book called CAROLINE. At any rate, she did a physical test then came back into the room to tell us that in order to tell us what was wrong she needed to do blood work and xrays that would cost upwards of $300. I told her I couldn’t afford that and if she could just tell me what she heard as far a weezing and what she thought. Once again she refused and told us she needed to test her. My wife mentioned that her own doctor diagnosed her with phenomena and didn’t have to do xrays so why couldn’t she just tell us what she heard. The vet responded with “Well your Doctor is incompetent!” and then to add insult to injury she said “If you can’t afford the tests then maybe you should go somewhere we could afford.” Then she started saying over and over that it may be cancer and if we didn’t get these tests our dog could die. How rude is that? Insult us with personal attacks then try to use guilt trips on us just because we couldn’t afford the test?

Obviously this infuriated us so we decided to leave before we go into an all out brawl. But as we left the vet made sure to YELL down the hallway “SORRY YOU CAN’T AFFORD OUR TEST” loud enough so everyone in the waiting room could hear us.

Again this just reinforces the fact this place is not interested in your pets health, but they do care how fat their wallet is and they will insult you, make you feel bad and humiliate you to try to get their way. This place really needs to be shut down!
