I went with the high end equipment and install and have had nothing but problems since. I chose Vaughn for the "top of the line" equipment because I didn't want to worry about having heat, AC and hot water. I have had tie equipment for three months and they have been back 5 because sometihg wasn't working or was not installed properly. I am not sure if this is industry standard but you should be very careful when choosing a hvac contractor.
