Terrible company. poor workmanship, messy, stain everywhere, they take no responsibility for employees poor workmanship. No license with DPOR, Don't follow through on commitments and or customer service.

They do not show up when promised. I did not receive promised phone calls. Sander marks are obvious in the floor. The stain is the wrong color. The topcoat has ripples in it. The job took twice as long as promised. The final result is not satisfactory.
I would never recommend Vanover to any of my friends. My husband and I used them put in hardwood flooring in most of our first floor in August 2013. We were then supposed to call them once we did some remodeling to put in the quarter round. We have been repeatedly calling them since March.
