Moved from out of state and was referred to Vanderlaan Real Estate by a friend when looking to by a house. David helped introduce us to the area and found the perfect place for us; even room to build my parents a guest house on the property. This wasn't an easy task to do with all of the restrictions we found everyone placed on property here. Easy transaction, closed earlier than we could have...
