I'm trying to teach my 12-year-old son how to shoot trap and reinforce safe shooting habits. All I had to do was call the telephone number to be treated rudely. I joined. It was a mistake. They have the good ole boy mentality and make anyone new feel out of place. I have shot in competitions etc.This is the worst, especially if you take you wife. If you'd like to be treated like an adult when you shoot, fly up to Alaska and try the Birchwood club, you'll swear your on a different planet compared to these creeps!

I went with my brother and a friend to the Vancouver Trap Club on 2/12/11. We all knew enough about trap shooting to play safely and get to the stand. Over all, I felt we were treated pretty nicely. Really disappointed to say the least. My wife bought me a membership not too long ago and I was excited to shoot some clay.

After showing up twice now, I'm probably going to quit their membership. Both times upon walking up to check it out, I'm treated like a degenerate by members and staff.

I agree with Chad with one exception. They treat members and their girlfriends like jerks too. If you think you're some kind of semi-pro, this is the place for you!

The five stand used to be nice, now it seems they can't wait to roll up the cords and shut down. I've seen them wrapping up at 4:30 PM. Last night (7-9-10) I drove up at 5:30 PM and everything was already put away.
