Not only did it take weeks for them to send out the used part - when I got it, it didn't even work! They refuse to send any receipt & apparently do not have modern computers that are capable of email! After 3 months I am still waiting?

Not only did it take 3 weeks for them to send out the used part - when I got it, it didn't even work! They refuse to send any receipt & apparently do not have modern computers that are capable of email! After 3 months I am still waiting for a refund which they claim is ""to be issued"" every time I call.
Don't do business with these people - they are liars & scammers. Please don't suffer my fate because Im out several hundred dollars for a faulty part!!
