I can not explain how much of a help Chris was to us when we were here. She is wonderful. Rooms were nice beds comfortable all in all a great stay. Decent hotel, good for extended stays but don't expect a hotel treatment, more for extended living.

The hotel was generally okay. The room was adequate for the one-night stay we had in mind. Unfortunately, the reservation did not confirm properly with the Hotels.com system and we did not get the room we requested. Also, it was a hassle to get into another room as the hotel was in an overbook status. The staff eventually helped us with accommodations but it was frustrating.
