I think they would deserve less but there is no 0 star rating. My father helped me pick out a couch that I bought brand new. By 2.5 weeks the couches frame underneath had broke and the cushions are already dipping in. I called an they said they could not refund or replace the couch. They could send someone out to "fix it." It still isn't fixed, the cushions or the broken frame an I'm out 800...

I would give 0 starts if that was an option. There furniture is the cheapest quality of anyplace around. I purchased one recliner and it broke and Materials started to shred in eight months. Please DO NOT GO HERE even to browse. I have had more issues with this store than any in my life combined. I have the thought it is a reality tv show like Canned Camera or a Prank type show because no legitimate company would have spoke to us or blatantly messed up so many times without at least a apology. VCF you need a facelift or need to get bought out by someone who cares about there customers.
