Matt came out and did my carpets and I was pleased with the entire experience. He came out not only on time but before my scheduled appt. He called to see if it was ok with me and I was ready and waiting for my carpets to be cleaned. Showed up right on time to give the estimate and to do the work. Very professional attitude. Took the time to explain the process and what to expect. Did a very thorough job, really taking his time scrubbing the stains. Highly recommended for future work.
