We are new to the area and a friend of ours suggested Val's. He spoke highly of their service. I have to say, I was not disappointed. the technician repaired the problem and took the necessary time to describe the problem in terms I could understand and gave needed advice on upkeep information. The service was excellent!

We came to this business today close to closing time desperately looking for a part needed for our water tank.
The very knowledgeable person at the counter was quick to idetify what we needed, for which they did not have at the time but still made the effort to assist us in obtaining this part by calling other places.
This person was professional and cared enough to guide us...
