We recently had our Heating unit have problems it was not warming up and had Valpo Services come out to my home to fix it. They did the job and the technician who serviced me was very professional and explained everything that was being done step by step. The price was reasonable and even got a annual contract with them. Very good company and I thank them for their services!

Took advantage of a Living Social Special AC check-up from Valpo. Tey said everything was ok except for some dust in the unit theat they said they would vacuum out for an additional $100. I said thanks but no thanks and vacuumed out the unit myself.

Fast forward to fall and now my heater does not turn on. This has never happened as the unit is pretty new and has been well maintained. ...

I hired VALPO because they were friendly on the phone and could service within 24 hrs. The service man replaced my faulty capacitor within 10 minutes.
I do not recommend VALPO because they left me feeling ripped off:
1) The service man told me a round 50/5 capacitor costs $225 'at the store' and billed me $179 'on sale'; this quote is very much a lie, as expensive versions of the part cost...
